Location: Located in beautiful Snohomish County, 9 mile west of the City of Marysville. Less than 1 hour north of Downtown Seattle and the Eastside and only 1 ½ from the Canadian border.
Course Layout: 260 acres of rolling forestland, wetlands and deep-set woods of alder, fir and cedar. Kayak features large immaculately manicured greens and spectacular views. Water comes into play on only two holes. No homes or roads border the course and there are no parallel fairways.
Greens: Poa Annua; average 6,240 sq ft
Fairways: Perennial Ryegrass/Poa Annua

Bunkers: 34 bunkers with 95% of which are green side

The land Kayak Point sits on was originally destined to be a refinery, but after the people of Snohomish County voted down the project, 640 acres were sold back to the county by Atlantic Richfield to be turned into a park development including a golf course.
